Our headquarters is at Unit 7D, Gurtnafleur Business Park, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, E91 K3K8.

Do you sell gym equipment?

GymHire.ie is only for hiring gym equipment. However, at the end of your hire period, you have the option to purchase the equipment if you are happy with it.

How long has GymHire.ie been in business?

We started in 2008, offering local fitness equipment hire, and have since expanded nationwide.

What types of equipment can I hire?

We offer treadmills, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, spin bikes, rowers, vibration plates, strength equipment, and HIIT equipment for hire.

How do I place a hire order?

Orders can be placed online at www.gymhire.ie or by calling us at 087-4363999.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal for secure online payments.

Can I pay in installments?

No, we require full payment upfront for all hire periods.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation once your hire order is placed.

Delivery & Collection

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! FREE delivery & collection is available on all rental orders.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days (longer for rural areas or special orders).

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery, but we always aim for fast dispatch.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we only deliver within Ireland.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes! We will send a confirmation 24 hours before delivery.

Equipment Rental

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. However, we also cater to one-off events.

How do I extend my hire period?

You can renew your hire period online through our Pay for Rehire section or call us.

Can I buy the equipment I rented?

No, GymHire.ie only offers equipment for hire. If you wish to purchase gym equipment, visit our parent website GymGear.ie.

What condition is the equipment in?

All rental equipment undergoes a full service and safety check before delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for repair or replacement.

What happens if I want to cancel my rental early?

If you cancel after delivery, the full hire period charge may still apply.

How do I request a refund?
