Moreover, this Spin Bike positions the seat over the pedals accurately recreating the feeling of a traditional road bike.

This gives you the ability to move more freely as you train. Firstly the ergonomic padded saddle is adjustable vertically and horizontally. Secondly the handlebars vertically to find the perfect fit.
